1 Hour Home Income

The 1 Hour Home Income work at home opportunity is the most recent online business training program promoted by Michelle Boudreau and a new partner, Jane Simmons, in the field of internet marketing.

Boudreau has been the face and representative of a few other work at home opportunities in the past, including HowIReplacedMyJob.com and MillionDollarIncomes.com. Both of these programs also focused on the link posting aspect of internet marketing.

According to the 1 Hour Home Income sales page, this opportunity will give anyone the ability to make up to $375 a day, even if they have no experience or technical knowledge, and with only 1 – 4 hours of work per day.

To get started, the website says you need only make a one time payment of $97, which is a 75% discount off the normal price, and you will get immediate access to the training program and the ability to earn money that same day.

How It Works

The 1 Hour Home Income program teaches people how to post links from home, which is a popular form of affiliate marketing. They estimate that you will be paid an average of $15 for each link posted, and that it only takes one to two minutes to post a link.

The website goes on to say that some companies will pay you as quickly as the same day you post the link, while others will take 2 – 3 days before they process payment.

Finally, the sales page says that if for any reason you are unhappy with the 1 Hour Home Income program or you are unable to earn money with the program within 60 days, then you can request your money back.

Concerns

While link posting and affiliate marketing are honest forms of making money online, this opportunity is being seriously misrepresented by the sales page of the 1 Hour Home Income program.

You are not paid to post links online by companies. Instead, you post a link promoting a good or service of theirs and if – and only if – that link results in a sale for that company will you earn a commission, which is based on a pre-determined percentage of the cost of the product or service you are promoting.

In addition, being successful with affiliate marketing and link posting takes time, money, and effort, and is not something that will make anyone with zero previous experience wealthy with just “1 – 4 hours a day” of work.

While there are people who earn a good living in affiliate marketing with just a few hours of work a day, that is because they spent lots of time and energy building a business that now only takes a few hours a day of maintenance.

1 Hour Home Income makes affiliate marketing seem like a basic data entry job, but unfortunately it is not possible to get wealthy off of just a couple hours of typing a day. It is far more complicated than that.

  • I want to thank all of you for taking the time to write reviews. They have been calling me trying to get me to sign up, but I did not want to give them any cc info. After reading all these comments - you have all saved me from having the same headaches! I now know if they call again to tell them I am not biting!
  • I signed up with 1 Hour Income on 5/24/2013 and have not been able to talk to anyone since. I would like their address so I can get my money back. It is only $59.90, but it might as well be $150.90 to me as I live on a fixed income and I really could not afford that. If you can give me their physical address I would really appreciate it.

Thank you and God Bless you all, Eleanor Riley
    • I found their address on their website under contact us. Here is their information. I signed up with them today for $97 and then checked them out and have found its a scam and they misrepresent themselves. I am asking for a refund. I called the number below and talked with someone who said I could get a refund. I hope we both get our money back. Good luck.

  • I'd give it no stars if it were an option. Basically, they take your money and you pay for a sales pitch of a much more expensive system that you have to invest in and then won't work.
  • I foolishly signed up for "Home Income" (nothing said "1hr Home Income), & I called one of their "experts" immediately after receiving my "welcome letter." It was NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANTED TO DO. I talked with their experts, & because I questioned them on more than several accounts, & when I caught him on information that wasn't in the initial order, he actually called me a liar! He started badgering me until I finally just hung up on him. I signed up on 6/6/13 at 1:30 p.m. MST, and sent them a letter to CANCEL & REFUND my order immediately on 6/6/13, 1:38 p.m. I got a letter back the next day stating that I was "not allowed to cancel until I've had their product for 60 days)! No where on the initial sign up sheet does it say I had to keep it for 60 days, or I would have to forfeit HALF of my $97 sign-up cost. I sent them 4 more letters telling them to cancel or I would contact the BBB, & the Attorney General for Consumer Fraud. They refused to refund my money; so I called my credit card company & listed their posting as fraud. I have all their ads, their correspondence, & my correspondence to give my credit card company. Thank heavens, the charge was removed as fraud. I tried to reach them via the website, but got a Japanese screen. I tried to call & was told the number was invalid. BEWARE OF HOME INCOME! Call your bank and cancel immediately. I've never heard of a reputable company holding your money for ransom for 60 days. What a scam!
    • thank you for your post. I am embarrassed to say that I signed up for $97.00 but no one answers the number provided and their mailbox is full. I am convinced that this is a scam. I just sent a mail to my bank to dispute the charge.
  • Name : Dexter C. Rumsey. E-mail address: [email protected]

The One Hour Home Income organization has not contacted me for my input but has charged my credit card $222.00 This is much in excess of the #97 idea of starting their system. Also I do not have a telep[hone hook up near my computer which is upstairs, and do not wish to install one.

I want to contact and ask for cancellatin of my agreement for which I finally found out what they want me to do on the computer.

CAN YOU GIVE ME THEIR PHYSICAL ADDRESS SO I MAY WRITE? Thank you.

iF YOU NEED MY ADDRESS ALSO, PLEASE EMAIL ME WHAT YOU NEED.

    signed, Dexter C. Rumsey II

PS. I cannot fill the required fields because I cannot find them on my computer attached to this e-mail link
  • I paid the $97 and called 1 hour and the number was not valid

so what is the next step in getting our money back?
  • It's a scam. If you call for a refund, they might offer to give back 1/2 of what you paid. They might also send you an email that asks you for a pin to facilitate getting your 'refund'. What they're really doing is harvesting your pin to see if they can use it to access your CC account since most people use the same pin over and over. Call your CC company: 1) Dispute the charge... The reason being that the vendor did not deliver the service promised. 2) Have your CC provider cancel the account and issue a new card. 3) Hope OHI aren't leveraging the personal information they gathered with their phony website to engage in additional fraud/identity theft. 4) Watch all accounts very carefully for any indication of trouble.

    04/19/2013 05/14/2013 1 HOUR INCOME $97.00

1 HOUR INCOME 866-601-3831 WHEN YOU DIAL THIS NUMBER YOU GET A RECORDING "INVALID NUMBER"...

I TOLD MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY this was a scam, that just keeps giving phone numbers to grow your business, all they want is more money. The phone number wasn't even valid, I told them to call and validate it. In addition, this scam advertised 30 day money back guarantee. As you can see, I called the same day to dispute the charge to this fraudulent company.

HSBC/Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. charged back the $97 to my card based on the fact I gave 1 Hour Income my card number. Well stupid is what stupid does. Of course, I gave them my number or I would not have been scammed!!!

###VERY SCARY, 1 HOUR INCOME DELETED THE TWO EMAILS THEY SENT TO ME WITH THE BAITED LINK BEFORE I COULD PRINT THEIR FRAUDULENT SITE!!

SHAME on HSBC who I just found out is no longer servicing my account, it is now issued by Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.

**1. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY 1 HOUR INCOME

**2. CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD OR THEY WILL FIND ANOTHER WAY TO CHARGE YOU MORE. I HAVE HEARD MORE HORROR STORIES...

**3. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HSBC, CAPITAL ONE BANK AGAIN!

They didn't even have the decency to research this company, or call the bogus phone number...

***KEEP POSTING REVEALING THESE SCAMS SO WE WILL FINALLY OUTNUMBER THEM AND THEY WILL BE FORCED TO STOP!!!!***
  • Shame on me for even giving this bogus, back yard, trash of a company a second thought! There are so much other things that I could have invested my 97.00 dollars into. I only decided to try this program out because I will be going on maternity leave in a few weeks and figured since I will be home this would be great way to make extra money. After testing it out for a few days I decided this was program was not for me. When I originally signed up it said MONEY BACK GUARANTEE within 30 days if you are not happy. I called 5 days later and I spoke to a jerk name Aaron (who was the manager) and it was not pretty. He basically told me the same thing I have to keep and use the product for 60 days before I can get all of my money back. I said no way that’s not what I agreed to. Just know I am calling my credit card company right now to get a new card. TOTAL SCAM!!
  • I didn't order the product also , just created login details. some money has gone from my bank a/c .. I am worried now, down the line what happens. can some one help me how to unsubscribe..
