Excel Cash Flow is a new work at home program being promoted by spokeswoman Debbie Jones, who says that she has found a way to make money from home that anyone can do, with very little training.

The website says that this program will train people how to be a Search Engine Agent, which is someone who works from home posting links for major companies who use the links to sell their goods or services.

People who are interested in using this training program to learn how to be a Search Engine Agent can purchase membership for a one time fee of $97, even though the program is quoted as being worth more than $2000.

What is Link Posting?

While Excel Cash Flow describes this opportunity as though it is a traditional job working for major companies who require at home link posters, the reality is that this is an independent business opportunity.

As an independent business, you will not work for a specific company, but rather you will partner with a variety of businesses to promote the links they use to sell their goods or services, and when those links result in a sale, you will earn a commission.

This website says that it only takes an average of 4 minutes to post a link, and people will make an average of $15 for each link they post.

The Problems

The biggest issue with this company is that they purposely mislead their prospective members and customers by acting as though this is a traditional job opportunity with a reliable yearly salary, saying that – quote – “15 links for $15 each equals $225. That’s $225 for 60 minutes of work! If you do this five days a week, you can make $1125 a week… $4500 a month… and $58500 a year!”

The reality is that the “average” of $15 per link is often repeated, but is not true. And even if it were, just because you post a link does not mean you earn $15. You will not earn any money unless someone uses that link to purchase something, and then you will earn a percentage of the sale price, meaning that all money you bring in is dependent on what companies you partner with, what goods and services they are selling, and how often your links result in sales.

The truth is that a lot of money can be made with link posting, but not in the way or manner described by this company. People who are interested in this opportunity should study free resources about internet marketing before deciding to invest in an expensive training program.

  • Interesting, however I will continue to research. I believe you can make some money, maybe not exactly the way it's advertised but then again does any job offer give you the whole and absolute truth; not in my experience.

  • thanks guys for throwing me a life preserver and getting me off this scamship cant afford to drown either
  • This is pretty frightening. However, I find it hard to believe that people with average intelligence would buy into this scam. I'm glad you guys got your money back. As always, anything that appears to be too good to be tree will be a scam that can make you any money. Err on the side of caution.
  • DO NOT BUY INTO ANYTHING REMOTELY SIMILAR TO THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought into something almost identical to this several years ago & IT IS A SCAM! I have been working with the FBI/Dept of Homeland Security with a team of attorneys & a judge (along with numerous other people who have been scammed) for over a year now to get this sh*t stopped!

It's absolutely ridiculous how these people prey on those who have fallen into unfortunate circumstances (mine was years ago with the recession).

All I can say is - TRUST your gut instincts! If it doesn't feel right - don't do it!

  • I am a college educated woman who has worked in business for over 30 years. Besides having been in real estate for eleven years, I spent many years in the manufacturing field working for Vice Presidents among others. This sounded like a great idea, although right from the start I was very skeptical. I had a feeling it was a scam, but I was willing to hear what they had to say in the hope that maybe (just this once) it might actually be for real. When I called the number to speak with my "private counselor", all I got was a lot of nonsense about how he had to see if I was the "right person" for the job. Really?!? He started asking me about my financial situation and I answered a few of his questions, but then he was adamant about knowing how much retirement I had put away. When I told him it was none of his business he decided I wasn't the right person for the job. I am and have always been a hard worker and I told him he had just made a huge mistake. That was the end of that conversation. I immediately called 888-235-8480 and demanded my money back. They wanted to offer me a 50% off deal and I said absolutely not. At that point I was given a confirmation number for the money to be credited to my account. This guy was way off the mark. I was really hoping that at least part of this was for real, thinking that possibly it wasn't exactly the way they portrayed it, but that by working hard you could at least make some extra money. What a bunch of ____.

That is the first and last time I fall for something as obnoxious as this. I think I'll contact Fox News and all the other networks they listed and find out if they are falsely advertising that they were featured on those networks. I think I will also contact the better business bureau. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY. BIIIIIG MISTAKE.
    • i contacted the BBB and they had only 3 compalints in the last 3 yrs and all were closed. So if yall r having issues yall ahould report it to them becuz i dont go off random views becuz alot of ppl are negative and ignorant.
  • I am Considering signing up for this program, from what I am reading a lot have signed up and right away asked for there refund the same day because they thought it is a scam. However I haven't seen or heard from to many that have actually tried it? and what exactly is involved, how exactly it works? and do they in fact pay you?.. I always check first if these kinda things are scams, but I also like to know what are they asking you to do, can you in fact earn the money they claim? if someone can let me know I am interested in your feedback..

    thanks
