Freedom Investing Academy, found online at FreedomInvestingAcademy.com, is a new real estate investing training course that promises to teach people the way to make money with “Hidden Cash Flow Investing.”
Customers who are unsure of whether or not real estate investing is the right business opportunity for them are told that there is an optional free webinar they can attend before committing to this program.
The Claims
The Freedom Investing Academy begins by explaining to people all the myths that are currently going around about real estate investing, which people use as reasons to prevent them from getting involved in this area of business.
For example, the website says people often believe they need large amounts of money or good credit to get into real estate investing, which they say simply is not true. In addition, people may believe that this is a bad time to get involved in real estate investing, or that they don’t have the time to get involved in this business because they already have a full time job.
The website says that the truth is that none of these things are true. The goal of the Freedom Investing Academy is to teach people about the “Hidden Cash Flow Investing” process, which teaches people how and where to find hidden cash flow properties, facts you must know about hidden cash flow properties, and how invest in these properties from home.
The Reality
Though this company tries to set themselves apart from all other real estate investing companies, the truth is that they seem like any other real estate training program that has existed in the past.
First, they promise people how to make large amounts of money investing in real estate, even though they themselves have no money to invest, bad credit for borrowing to invest, and personally have no knowledge or experience in the real estate industry.
But to prove to you the potential of their program, they are willing to invite you to a free webinar which will explain everything you need to know to get started. However, these free webinars are notorious for being an hour long sales pitch, where lots of promises are made, but where – at the end of the webinar – you actually don’t know anything more about real estate investing then you couldn’t find online for free, probably at Wikipedia.
In the end, all you’re really left with is the hard sell on a training program that costs thousands of dollars.
Customers who are interested in seeing what this program has to offer for themselves should feel comfortable watching the free webinar, but should not proceed with purchasing any training program until they do their due diligence on the claims being made in the webinar. In addition, customers should never invest money in a training program that they can’t afford to lose outright, as this is often the case with these types of companies.
