• This was the most misleading offer I was ever offered. Freedomsoft claimed that it would supply the money to buy your deals with a fee attached. After all the hours and hours spent learning the software and finding a deal you are ready to move forward. Their first question was "Who is going to buy it from you" The deal was a good one but getting a motovated buyer??? Good luck with that. How can thousands of people all get their own list of motovated buyers and not step on each others toes. It all went south. This process was never mentioned before they take your money.
  
  Also I attended the Freedomsoft Event in San Diego in 2010 or should I say Freedomsoft/Pitchfest. I don't need to travel all accross the country to hear another high pressure pitch. Folks if you want to make it in business, you must have something of value to offer that no one or hardly no one else can offer. These days of high unemployment, that is what ALL people are doing..... Sitting in front of the computer hoping to make it big. I will never get sucked in again!

• I just discovered that a company called Freedom on my checking statement was removing money from my acct. As I started the search I discovered that the company first removed $35.00 on 2/1/12, then on 2/2/12 I had two withdraws from my acct. from this company one for $196.00 then right after that, on the same day $197.00 then from there every month after that $97.00 all the way up until I discovered they were going into my acct. I tried to call them by the number on my statement as I was told to do, but the number was no longer in service. I did this last thursday, and Friday thru the weekend 11/24/12 (sun)I finally found a workable number after I found the two $196, and $197 withdraws on the 2nd of Feb. this year, for some reason the other phone numbers I found on Freedom Soft was not in service, but this one on the 2nd of Feb was workable, so I called, and explained to the lady on the other end, by first asking who they were and what they did, but she seemed like she was confused so I asked her to check her records on me, because I had no clue of who they were or how the recieved my information, then asked if she would call me back once she did some investigating on how they recieved my info, but she has to this day not called me back. My next step is to get the fraud inspectors at the bank to investigate and to see if I would get my money back, because I have Never recieved anything from this company.

    I believe you may have purchased some of the optional upgrades and that's the reason for the additional charges. We do our best to make these charges know multiple times before you agree to them.

• To use Freedomsoft successfully you will need to spend a good amount of time to understand what the system can do for you. You will need to watch all videos, some more than once. It is hands-on intensive and if you do not have the time, this may not be a good fit for you. Plan on spending about 1-3 weeks to get comfortable with the capabilities. You will still need to do your own research and get on the phone.
  
  To make it work, you must make it work. Customer support in US based and they speak English.
  
  If you are just beginning this is not for you. It is not get rich over night, and not for technology challenged investors.

  • i wont say freedom soft doesnt work but it didnt work for me i started with the 99$ intro but after 3 weeks i found i couldnt access the info videos or any other of the features they advertised in their ad would i trust preston ely again nor would i let him have access to any of my info no but then again freedom soft has done nothing for me but accept my credit info and returned nothing preston ely do not try to charge me any more money or i will make sure u repay me with damages jersey mike
• Beware of people that say "order now" without first investigating it. If its too good to be true it usually is. If it's really that easy everybody would be doing it.

  • FreedomSoft will reactivate your cancelled account two years after cancellation. $97.00 will disappear from your credit card without warning. I wanted this crap to stay cancelled.
• CANADA. Our investment group liked the idea. We called and were confirmed in person that this charm works in Canada. No, it doesn't. We cancelled.

• I was considering buying into this program but all the negatives below is holding me back.
  
  Monthly fee is reasonable if this software does what it is said on review YouTube, it sounded like virtual secretary. If so, I don't think the charge is un-reasonable. However, there are big problem with mobile home purchase. If you contracted one or few of these homes and you are not able to turn it around, what do you do with that normally high space rent? The holding fee will wipe out whatever profit expected. Thanks in advance for your input.

  • this is coming from a person who spent over 17 years in wholesaling and has made well over $1 million I have back up proof to support that and will be more than happy to send it to you in real time. That being said I can tell everybody on this thread is talking about a refund of some sorts or stop payments which leads me to believe that they were unsuccessful. Like our programs I am sure it does have a tutorial and I could almost guarantee that everybody on this thread who is complaining about Not getting the refund didn’t even give the system the time of day to prove it’s worth. Moving forward I could just tell by reading up on the system that it can and probably has given plenty of people results positively and made many people a lot of money especially newcomers who can learn on the same platform as well as take action. These days, especially newcomers, I found try to learn as much as they can and shy away from actually taking action on investing and figure they need to keep learning to avoid any mistakes. If you are one of the ones complaining on this thread and have never done a deal before Azhar is that you didn’t utilize the system the way it should’ve been utilized nor did you even read or look at their provided tutorial course on how to operate the system instead, sounds like you all were looking for that magic pill in which Will admit that the videos on this product kind of simplifies the whole process and it’s entirety and gives you more of an overview of what it does therefore making it look like kind of a push a button magic pill of some sorts. Because I know y’all watched the training video where the gentleman showed you right in front of the demonstration him creating a deal and connecting buyer and seller. In this video and it goes directly to this gentleman Who probably works for freedom soft directly who seems to know his stuff, and cuts to him basically finding a motivated seller by clicking a button so to speak as well as finding a motivated buyer on another window of freedom soft then matching both buyer and seller together connecting the two and facilitating the deal and shows you the different aspects you could go about doing so on a nationwide level. I can tell you all this now for I cannot speak about them keep charging your credit card after you cancel however I doubt that is a scam at all soSounds more of internal company miscommunication more than it does a scam. And I saw one comment above complaining about the refund again however she said she only gave the system one week and ask for a refund? That’s a red flag that she was looking for a magic pill! She was looking for a system that’s like a unicorn that you can press a button and deals will come flying at you at a normal pace is that you cannot even keep up making all of this money and becoming rich almost over the matter of months. I can tell all of you this that a system like this would greatly increase your chances of getting a deal quicker than what you’re currently doing freestyle if you don’t know what you’re doing. I also saw a comment complaining about the service saying they found the first motivated seller on freedom soft however was complaining that freedom soft wouldn’t get into a buyer program thing with them and buy the deal from him directly on the platform. Deals sell themselves with just a little bit of announcement simply by posting something on a shared group on Facebook or even putting it up on a local craigslist of the area it’s in you will get numerous emails from motivated buyers all around if in fact it’s a good deal. Don’t get me wrong, I know how it feels to have your credit card keep getting hit every month for it happened to me with a HUD foreclosure site that’s totally separate from your freedom soft and does totally different things obviously did the same thing to me and I know the frustration. I know how it works as well. It extracts data utilizing zips codes and county information and consolidated all “Potential” motivated sellers. It does the research of you sifting online throughout multiple sites with a push of a button. Does the same through key word and SEO when finding cash buyers. It’s up to the user to discern through this data and Act as a secondary lead filtration unit. Once you can confirm a buyer ( either using freedomsoft or even off the platform and either through craigslist directly etc) you can then match that buyers criteria to your search on freedomsofta descriptive motivated seller finder. See how your extracting, monitoring, interviewing, identifying, and determining a match for your deal? You can then facilitate the deal on your own. If you don’t know how, learn that instead of buying expensive match making software that basically extracts motivated potential sellers throughout all different platforms (like many other cheaper ones do) however their expensive niche is showing you numerous data points to help you discern through the deals (sift). Half of you complaining about this system should be complaining about your level

• I've had nothing but success with FreedomSoft. I've been using it since 2011 which is when it came out. I think I paid about $1000 at the time but I hear it's now more like $200 or something. I use it religiously everyday for my real estate business. I now make about $12,000 per month using FreedomSoft by working about 3 files a month. It is a lot easier than you think. Preston Ely is my hero as far as I am concerned.

    I was going to go with Harris university to learn short sales, but this might work for overall knowledge.
• This system is not a practical means to make money. Why? because this information is already out there and available to you through any knowledgeable real estate agent who deals in foreclosures in your area. If you do not want to go through an agent,check one of the foreclosure sites - RealtyTrac, Foreclosure Radar,etc., who offer memberships for a small fraction of freedomsoft's monthly fee. His product is just a way to take readily available information, market it as something more, and make a lot of money off subscribers.

  • Some of the other reviews below have legitimate complaints. This person however has obviously not used it. The primary functionality of the software is not the foreclosure leads. Obviously if all you want is leads, you can find cheaper ways to get those. The benefit of Freedomsoft is primarily as a Real Estate friendly CRM software that integrates seller and buyer leads (in my opinion, not really top notch seller leads, but the cash buyer leads are really helpful).
