  • Boy am I glad that I did some more looking and research. I almost took the leap.
  • they advertise online that this service is FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after they get all of your info then they hit you with a $1.00 fee, and a monthly fee after that. went back to cancel my info, but could not. what a rip off. wouldn't mind the $1.00 fee if they stated that up front. also there are some of us that no longer have credit cards because of divorce, etc. why are we being discriminated against??
  • SCAM! They get your credit card and start billing $39.99. No notice when free seven day period is over.
  • I had Free Score online for five years and I am very please with the service.the company provides. I have access to my credit report 24/7and have received alerts that needed to be addressed immediately and the alerts were accurate. I tried credit Karma but they do not provide you with your 3 credit reports. This is call thin credit and they provide advertising company with your information and that is how they make their moneys. FSO is not a scam. It is secure and accurate. Furthermore it sends you alerts immediately and they respond immediately.
  • Went to cancel when trial period ended but was a day late and was charged the 39.95. Should have stuck with Credit Karma which is Free. NEVER AGAIN!
    • I was a day or so late canceling also and then canceled just figured out they r still charging my card I only get 700+ a month its Dec and I need every penny I can get I have 2 little grandsons that lost their Dad my son a,year ago I have nothing extra to get them something for Xmas this sucks I'm having troubles to get a refund did u get a refund
    • I hear the scores from credit karma are not real 😨
  • Like others, I went in to check thinking I would be charged $1.00, then was charged $39.00. I called and cancelled, but am still out $39.00, and they show my score about 100points lower than Trans Union through my credit card. I forgot I had that service until today, so just compared both places. Also, when you try to cancel, they try to sell you different, lower priced packages to keep you. Those may be legit, but I don't like how they get there.
  • This unscrupulous website leads you to believe that they are going to give you a free credit report while taking all your personal info. Then at the end ask for your credit card info. Warning-DO NOT this site. I wish I had looked them up before entering my info. Don't make the same mistake I did
  • 10/23/2016- Made the mistake of signing up for their service under "FREECREDITSCOREONLINE". Didn't get any credit reports and my credit Card got hit 9 times in 10mins for a $1. The "free period was scheduled to end in 7 days with a subscription set to kick in for $39.95 so after getting no report and not being able to contact them I started checking them out and found out they operate under more then 9 names, I then contacted Capitol one the card I used and they cancelled my card issued me a new one and told me this would keep them from my cards. If you are reading this I hope you haven't given them your info but if you have cancel that card
  • Hey everyone! I am not endorsing freescoreonline, just here to read reviews. But having worked in banking, credit card departments, just wanted to let you all know that a $1.00 transaction is the company's way of "verifying" whether a credit card account is valid or not. They put through a $1.00 charge to see if the bank or credit card company authorizes it. If yes, then it means a card is valid to use. It is very commonly used by many companies, and does not denote that a company or retailer is scamming. This is not a comment of their legitimacy, just trying to be helpful. Btw, you can and should ask for it to be reversed.
  • when in the website it say free then free should be free not charging your acct a $1.00 after you give your information and then they hit you with a charge card of $1.00 only become free when you challenge them and ask for credit this company is false advertising saying it is free. don't trust then now or ever again they have a charged my acct $39.95 which was not advertise price they would charge either. WHEN I SAY DO NOT TRUST I MEAN IT. DO NOT TRUST.... FREESCOREONLINE.COM OR ANY OF THE OTHER 37 NAMES IT USES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
