This is actually a very old way of making money online, and as such has a long history filled with people who love this method of making money and detractors who claim that these are scam companies.
What’s the Reality?

IBO is not a portal, although many programs recommend it's use for advertising, and creating custom URL's

IboToolBox is used by many online advertisers and marketers and is not exclusive to Instant Payday Network.
Other than that point, I think this was a fair review, many different online programs use My Cash Freebies or something like it and like you as, People either love or hate it.
