MySurvey.com is the online home of MySurvey, a company that says they want to provide people with a simple and easy way to earn rewards from the comfort of their own home.

MySurvey is a part of the online market research industry, which is one of the oldest and most popular ways to earn money online as it doesn’t really require much time or effort. Participants are simply asked to answer questions about their daily lives, habits, and opinions.

To sign up as a MySurvey.com member, all you have to do is go to their website and fill out their required registration form. Their website says that membership always has been and always will be free.

How It Works

Whenever a new survey or other market research opportunity becomes available that you qualify for, this company will email you. In addition to surveys, this company says that members may be asked to complete product tests or provide product diaries.

None of the activities that are offered to their members should take significant amounts of time or effort, and each activity will be accompanied by an amount of points that you will be awarded once you have completed that task.

This website says that after their members accumulate a certain amount of points, they will be able to redeem for items in the Rewards Catalog. These include e-certificates, gift cards, and vouchers to retailers like Amazon.com.

Are They Legit?

The most important features to look for in an ethical online market research company is that they do not charge their members any fees to join or receive surveys and that they provide their members with a low enough payout minimum that they are actually able to get compensation for their efforts.

MySurvey.com does not charge members any membership fees, but unfortunately they do not appear to provide publicly published information regarding their minimum cash our requirements. This may be because the requirements change over time or simply because customers will simply save their points until they are ready to redeem them for the item they want.

There are some other issues with this company however. Even though they have been around for many years, their customers regularly complain that this company has issues with their IT. Many customers complained that they were in the middle of the survey when it froze or they were otherwise unable to complete it, or that parts of questions or answers in the survey were just missing.

When you have these kinds of issues with a survey, it generally means that you will no longer be able to get credit for taking that survey, which is obviously very frustrating and makes it difficult to earn the points you need to actually receive your compensation for your work.

However, since it is a free service, customers are welcome to sign up for this website and see for themselves whether they have any problems or issues.

  • Agree with the issues above, deactivated account, 30-45 minute surveys with an error message and a complaint link that doesnt work. Although I shut my account and want nothing to do with them, they are coming under Global Test Market instead and still with the same issues. I hope GTM boot them as if i see a MySurveys header after opening a survey i close it, but not all tell you until the error final page. Dodgy entity in my view
  • I do a survey and get one or a combination of the following:1) screened out (very popular message meaning left survey before completion - NOT) 2) Error, we are sorry for the inconvenience 3) Quota full or don't qualify (this after survey was finished 4) A technical error has occurred please try again later

    Just save yourself problems, headaches and aggravation and avoid this bogus outfit.
  • They are criminals! I had over 3000 points and they suddenly make my account inactive. That smells scam to me! Rotten apples. Do not trust. I will be avenged by the One upstairs. They will stand before Him. I am free. He who the Son sets free is free indeed!
  • I have been a member of MYSurvey.com for 10 years with out a problem. Always got paid. Then about a month ago I did a survey that lasted 40 minutes and was to pay 300 points. Was almost finished it and I got a prompt that said "technical error" and it knocked me out of the survey. I sent a message at their contact us link about this faulty survey. I didn't hear from them in a while. So I decided to sign in and see what was happening. Low and behold when trying to sign in it said my account was now inactive. It also said to "contact us" so I did. Asking why. Needless to say they ignored that, too. So, I sent more requests as to why because my account is still inactive and I can't login. Still no response. I was very close to getting enough points to cash out. So, I've lost all those points and the funds I would have received. If you're in this program my advice is to cash out ASAP and get away from them. Or you will eventually lose. I trusted them for all these years, and this is how they repay my trust? they apparently don't have the funds to pay what they owe, so they're knocking out people who are about ready to cash out. Unfortunately, after all these years I would have to consider them a SCAM.
  • I answered surveys for about 2 years & my account was closed without notification by them with no explanation. All of the points I had acquired were LOST. I emailed them over & over again with absolutely NO RESPONSE. In the end I received nothing for the many hours invested in answering the surveys. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. TOTALLY UNREPUTABLE! RIP OFF!
  • Well carol Adams I. Have been emailing your company for weeks about loving in to my account I'm close to redeeming points now I can't log in so so what is the problem carol. I have read bad reviews about you I have emails you over and over but no response at all.I won't let this go you will be totally exposed.stop screwing people.
  • I have been a member since 2000 and for years this was my favorite panel. In the last year or so they have been going downhill. Not getting credited for completed surveys, errors that prevent me from completing surveys, issues logging in and the worst costumer service. It takes them forever to get back to you. Needless to say I will not be a member much longer.
  • Does anyone know if they are still in business? My account was deactivated and I have been trying to get an answer from them for 2 weeks. I originally told them when I try to log in it says it is deactivated and to contact them. I did several times and they finally responded there is a ticket number that I need to enter when I sign in to my account. I had already told them I am unable to log in!!! I've been with them for a very long time and never had a problem. I am very disappointed to be getting treated this way. It would be nice if they would answer my emails and let me whats happened.
  • Been trying to cancel survey. Sent several e-mails to them, only to tell me there's an error connecting to their system.
  • This Carol person sends numerous surveys daily that I NEVER qualify for on top of not having mt sweeps posted. The kicker is: I successfully complete at least 3 My Survey surveys ON ANOTHER SITE EVERYDAY! I tried to contact "Carol" several times and all I got was a "this is an automated response-do not respond. I cancelled and would not recommend this site to anyone
