OnlineTradeTraining.com

Online Trade Training is a web site that promises you the ability to earn a six figure salary working from home in the internet marketing industry. Internet marketing, or affiliate marketing, is possibly the most well known online business opportunity available today.

It consists of an affiliate partnering up with larger companies and using a variety of methods to funnel web traffic and potential customers to the company websites. If an affiliate is successful, they are compensated for their work.

For a one time low price of $97.00, you will receive a 320 page internet marketing training manual, as well as access to their mentoring site and one-on-one support from their members who are currently making money in the industry. In addition, their website says that Online Trade Training offers a 30 day, money back guarantee for their customers.

Online Trade Training Complaints

Unfortunately, OnlineTradeTraining.com has had its fair share of customer complaints. The most common complaint about Online Trade Training is their refund policy.

While their sales page says they offer an “Iron-Clad 30-Day Money Back Guarantee” this refund policy is not detailed in their Terms and Conditions page. Customers report that when they request a refund, they are often told they must prove they read the training manual and attempted to use the program.

Once a customer submits their proof to Online Trade Training, it is then evaluated and whether or not a refund is awarded is determined by a company employee.

Another common complaint regarding Online Trade Training is additional charges. Customers expect the one time charge of $97.00, but report that they are often surprised to find additional fees being charged to them that they weren’t previously made aware of. There is no notice of additional charges in their Terms and Conditions, or on their sales page, so this is definitely a red flag that future customers should be aware of.

  • Damn scammers! I, after stupidly believing their online spiel, signed up for their program for one figure, but at the end of the credit card transaction, more money than I'd signed up to pay was deducted from my account, and try as I did I could not get them, to this day, to refund my money. Their program is a sham. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    • Whtat I did is gather evidence, screenshots etc and filed a complaint at my creditcard company. They refunded the extra charged amount.
  • Definately a scam. I've learned my lesson. I hope enough people do the research and avoid falling for their marketing trap. The money back guarantee is a joke. I've made several calls and sent emails. I've done what they have asked to get the refund. Now they don't even answer the phone or return phone messages. I wish now that I had put a stop payment on my credit card in the beginning.

I hope they go out of business. I wonder if anyone is really making money?
  • Such a SCAM! They hacked into my friends twitter acct to advertise so I thought it was coming from her. signed up and next day called to cancel and at first they refuses but then told me it would take 10 days to issue a refund! On day 10 I called to have them tell me it can take my bank up to 30 days to post refund which was a lie and as soon as I called again they hung up on me and blocked my emails! Needless to say this was in October, I filed a complaint with the bbb and they never responded to them either. Well last week I received a letter from State of NH saying company was under investigation for fraud and I would receive a refund and today I got a check from dwpt of treasury for my $97. thank god. This place should be shut down!
  • I fell for it and pressed add to card thinking that i will give no money since i saw the word FREE but i haven't got any money on the card..do you know if i should still shut down my card or i'm safe? and also the country and the city are wrong, my country was unavailable, but they still have the card number so i guess the country doesn't matter. please help me!!
    • Does anyone know if they are hacking twitter accounts? Someone i was going to follow has about 20 of these postings on their wall. I suspect this is an entirely false twitter account. Has anyone seen this?
  • the truth !!!!

  • You have to decide whether to believe the positive responses here are genuine. I seriously seriously doubt it.

This company attracts new victims by hacking hotmail accounts. Fortunately my friend who had her account hacked is a good IT person and spotted the fraud quickly, emailed us all within hours of the spam being sent and I immediately cancelled my credit card.

Do legit businesses engage in hacking, come on?
  • onlinetradetraining is a scam run by devious individuals. One of their methods is infecting computers with a virus that emails all addresses in the computers owners email asking if they would like to make easy money. They also run a site called "www.consumerwarningsreport.com" which is nothing more than some more advertising how wonderful this online trade training is. Their better business beuro rating is lowest possible, and I would advised to keep as far away from them as possible.
