Partner with Tom, found online at PartnerWithTom.com, is a new work at home earnings opportunity from Tom Rockwell, who claims that his “proven” system for making money online can work for anyone.

Tom Rockwell uses his website to explain to his website visitors that he is currently a multi-millionaire, but the way he earns money requires him to work with partners in order to be compensated by a third party source.

He promises that you can copy his money making program, step by step, completely for free. He promises that his system is 100% legal and ethical, and provides a service that millions of people need.

How Does It Work?

At no point does the website explain what type of work you will be doing. Instead, after you sign up to “partner with Tom,” you will be redirected to a new sales page where it is explained that in order to use Tom’s method, you must get a website.

Further, in order to use Tom’s step by step system, with its 12 unique ways to make money, you are told that you must use a website created by this particular provider, MyPartnerWebsite.com.

And, though Tom’s money making system is free, the website that you must purchase from this website company will cost you $97. However, Tom Rockwell guarantees that if you are not happy with the program, you can get a full refund.

Warning Signs

The Partner with Tom website is misleading when it claims to give you a money earning system for “100% free,” since you must pay for this $97 website in order to make use of the system.

It is also not a good sign that you are expected to commit to this payment before ever being told what the money earning opportunity is, and what kind of time, effort, and work will be required from you.

And even though there is a promise of a refund if you are unhappy, this guarantee is shaky. There is no third party payment processor when you purchase this system. Instead you pay your money directly to them, and if you would like a refund the Terms & Conditions, just says to send them an email.

A vague, unclear refund policy coupled with the lack of specifics concerning the actual business practices should make all potential customers cautious.

Send an email to: [email protected] I tried calling the 1-888-981-5317 they told me they have no record of the transaction blah blah to be exact his name was Adam and he was a jerk! If you email it may be a fast reply or it may take a few days but there's more then one of us that have gotten our money back by emailing them!

  • I just received a phone call from: Partner with Tom, thanking me for purchasing their program, and guess what? I NEVER purchased their program! I didn't know what he was talking about, he said it was paid in full, and he would be the contact person to verify the info, but all he knew was my name and phone number! So how did he get an order, when I didn't order anything! I have NEVER ordered anything online with a credit card, EVER! I asked him, what card was used, and he said, he couldn't give me that info, because it isn't given out to him, but just my name and number was, so I ask him who I could speak to, so I could find out which card this was charged on, and he said he didn't know. So now, I have to figure out which card this was charged on! You do not have to personally order the program, it will automatically be charged to an unknown card, so how do you like that!!!! So always check out ALL your card statements often! Good luck to everyone!
    • Do you no there email. I did purchace it,but got nothing. no website,no email,no phone call. I just got charged for the product I never recieved. Looking for any info on how to get a refund.ty.
  • I wish that I would have saw this review...BEFORE, I got sucked for $194. My wife is always saying nothing in life is a guarantee or is free. If you want something you have to work for it no "ifs" and or "buts". Now I'm not saying that there aren't legitimate companies out there but for one legitimate company there are 59 scams to go with it. Please people do your research before you impulsively buy. Because then you become a victim and you whine and pout, complain, and blame everyone but yourself for being stupid. It takes a lot of courage to admit when you are wrong and especially when you type it hear. So, hear is hoping I get my money back, I have to contact the bank and do a CHARGEBACK so this scam artist gets points against his/her/its credit card account. Too many negative chargebacks will hopefully put this guy out of business or at least until he sets up shop somewhere else.
  • I am having a terrible time getting a refund from TOm. Any contact information would be appreciated. Thanks.
    • Luckily I paid with Paypal. I was able to call the 888-399-7039 phone number and they refunded my money for both of the sites that had taken payment from me. One of the payments had been to TJR HOLDINGS LLC RICHMOND and the other one was GLOBALINVESTCC.COM 888-3997039 OH. I received a charge back from both sites within a day. I also filed a complaint with paypal, in case they didn't refund my money promptly. If you call the they will refund your money.

      Good luck!

  • Total Scam I noticed in his videos that most of his "profits" were 97.00 kinda funny exactly what the site costs but he wont show you WHO made the deposits
  • I signed up with Partner with Tom last week. I'm no longer interested in this program and I'm requesting my $27 back. I've sent two emails asking to be refunded, as they say they will do in their terms of sevice if it has not been 60 days, and I will continue to send emails. If I get no response, I'll move on to plan B and work with my bank.

If Partner with Tom doesn't want to look like scammers, then DON'T ACT LIKE SCAMMERS.

    NEVER AGAIN.

HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK (REFUND)

    ===================================

If you believe you did not get what they claimed you would

get, you might want to phone your credit card company. And

ask them to do a CHARGEBACK. So you get your money back that

way. Plus this causes a FEE charged to the outfit that took

your money! If they get too many chargebacks, they risk losing

the ability to use credit cards to do business.

Especially tell your credit card company that the company gave

contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) that do

not work, so you believe they are nothing but a fraud.
