PollBuzzer, found online at PollBuzzer.com, is a brand new type of market research website which promises to pay people to answer individual questions rather than traditional surveys.
While people are used to being able to use internet powerhouses like Google and Wikipedia to instantly find facts they are looking for, there is no online equivalent for companies and organizations to instantly gauge market opinions.
PollBuzzer was created to solve this problem. Their goal is to build a “broad and deep panel of respondents” that can provide immediate survey feedback so that their businesses and organizations can get real time feedback to inform their decisions.
How It Works
You can sign up to be a part of their respondent pool for free just by submitting your name, email, and PayPal account information. Once you have registered, you will begin receiving market research questions sent to your email.
You will be paid $1 for each question you answer, and the money you accrue in your account will automatically be transferred to your PayPal each Monday, unless you choose to have the money given to a charity or non-profit organization.
You can also earn money by referring friends and family to be PollBuzzer respondents as well. You will be paid $1 for each referral once they become active members, which requires them to successfully answer four questions.
Things to Consider
Getting paid one full dollar per question you answer is quite a high sum in the online market research industry; enough to make people wonder if this is a legit opportunity and to ask current members for payment proof.
But PollBuzzer says this level of compensation is realistic for companies who require instant feedback. The questions you will be answering will range from your satisfaction with products and interest in certain brands to questions about your personal hobbies and activities.
But companies are not “always” in situations where they require instant feedback. Some weeks you may get multiple questions, while other times you may go for weeks without receiving a single question.
