Reviews – Legit or Scam?
from 24 reviews Review It

Survey Club is a website that claims to help people get paid for taking surveys, save money through their thousands of coupons, and participate in research studies that are supposed help shape future products.

The website is free to join which is one of the primary reasons that many people sign up for  Another one of their selling points is that they claim you can make five dollars within 5 minutes of joining.

Now, even when a company is free to join it’s still important to research it as you need to know who you’ll be dealing with and if you can really trust them with your info.  In general there’s a huge difference between legitimate market research companies and the paid survey stuff you’ll find online.

Legitimate companies are contracted by businesses to perform specific studies from unique demographics.  They work directly with these businesses and have massive data bases of survey takers, now they don’t advertise the highest payouts or rewards but they’re reliable and do deliver on what they promise.

On the other side you have the survey scams of the internet which make ridiculous claims like, “make several thousand dollars a month taking surveys.”  Any time a survey offer sounds too good to be true what they’re talking about involves “testing products” which requires you to submit your credit card details.

Survey Club is not a scam but they fall somewhere in between this spectrum.  They’re free to join but this company does take certain liberties with your email address after you become a member.  Many subscribers have complained that most of the “surveys” they get are nothing but advertisements.

If you do want to join Survey Club it’s highly recommended that you don’t use your primary email address as it will be flooded with spam and offers.  If you want to explore and see what they have to offer create a free email account to be used specifically for that site, also remember that if it’s a legitimate survey offer you will never have to pay money.

This is why it’s always recommended to sign up directly with a market research company and not some Survey Club acting as a middleman.  If you go directly to the source you get real surveys and are rewarded by real companies who value their reputations and have been doing business for years.

If you’re interested in taking surveys check out our list of free online surveys companies. Each company in that list is attached to a legitimate market research firm and has consistently paid out participants; best part is there’re absolutely no costs, each company is free to sign up with.

Average Rating for " Survey Club " is 1.71 out of 5 based on 24 reviews.
  • In the last 24 hours I have received 10 texts from survey A quick look shows they are affiliated with the website According to Scam Checker rates zero on a scale of 1 to 100. I would be very leery of any website who’s credibility doesn’t even get on the scale.
  • Thanks for those who posted reviews. I'll pass on SurveyClub.

  • It works. Go to their site to see real time live payment proofs from the surveys and studies I completed personally.
  • While this group gathers emails that are public record (i.e., we must "give them up" upon request), they take incredible liberties with the verbiage in their email to our licensees. The email makes it appear as if this office endorses, or is working with, Survey Club. Nothing could be further from the truth. Additionally, my legal staff has reached out to them once to request that they not use this language in their emails - and I receive another inquiry from one of our RE brokers this morning.
  • From my experience this is a fraudulent company, they promise compensation and then after the survey is complete it says "you do not qualify".
  • Survey club is a scam and a rip off. After wasting a half hour doing their 12 minute Survey I was notified that I did not qualify for the promised gift. Do not waste your time with these people.
  • Took their survey with promise of a $20 Amazon gift card. Its been 8 days and no card and no response. SCAM. Don't waste your time.
  • I've used Point Club for about 10 days and I got to 25,000 points in those 10 days and I cashed out my points for an Amazon gift card. It's been 3days since I have, and I haven't gotten any notification just says pending on the website. So yeah I think it's a scam if I dont get my gift card within the week I'll no longer use them.
  • Some of the companies you represent and forward survey abilities to us, are not following their promises on the original application. They claim not to sell or forward on any of the information furnished to them when surveying the applicant to take surveys. I know they want to match up the types of people and get close interest.

But something is slipping through the cracks. I am applied to companies that want me to survey others, but first want an application on my interest. Within minutes of completing the company application I am

being called and soliciated. Just because I say I may want some roof repairs, doesn't mean I want it now. I am spending my time answering all the vendors not surveying for you. Please tell all your partners to keep the information on surveyor's to themselves. I hope this will help some folks down the road, I am deleting myself from your company. My trust in your partners has been violated too many times. Jan Russell, [email protected]
