Your-Surveys.com

Your-Surveys.com is the online home of the Your Surveys, a company that says they want to help people get paid for giving their opinions to market research companies in the United States.

Market research is one of the oldest and most popular ways of making money online, because people are just asked basic questions about the products and services they already know and use and simply give their opinion.

Though participating in online market research isn’t extremely profitable, it has long been known to be an easy to earn extra money each month from the comfort of your own home.

Your Surveys Requirements

This website does say that their members must be at least 18 years old to join, although they will allow children as young as 13 to young as long as they have their parents’ permission.

The website claims that will need proof of age and of parents’ permission before accounts will be verified and customers will be eligible to cash out their earnings from this company.

Your Surveys promises that your profile will be saved so that their members will not repeatedly be asked the same questions regarding their age, professional, and demographics, as well as promising that all their information will always be kept secret and never sold to third parties.

The Concerns

Unfortunately Your Surveys appears to be so new at this time that there simply are not any customer reviews available to help prospective members evaluate this company and determine whether or not they would like to join.

That being said, it almost doesn’t matter that there aren’t any reviews, because there also doesn’t actually appear to be any way to join this company as a new member. Their website provides no information whatsoever on how people become a part of Your Surveys.

It is not uncommon for some market research companies to only offer membership to new people who have been personally invited by current members, and this may be what this company is doing at this time, but their website provides no information.

If you are someone who has been invited to join this company, it is important that you make sure the company is not requesting any fees or payments from their members before you sign up, and that their minimum required payout is actually a reasonable amount of money that members will be able to earn, otherwise you should avoid this company all together.

Customer Responses, Reviews, or Complaints

Average Rating for " Your Surveys Reviews " is 1.3 out of 5 based on 40 reviews.
  • Forget about support they must be a bunch of kids (they claim they are a family friendly group or something like that) you cant talk to them like adults which means you cant tell them they suck so you have to kiss their ass how you have a complaint otherwise it wont go through. as far as the quality score that is a joke one day you have this amount the next you are 20 less on account of survey was rejected. Oh and there are sites where you take a survey but you do not know that it is connect to YS so that affects your score if your demos arent matching
  • Complete scam. They give you a quality score and then dock you multiple points. Or if you actually do get through a survey it disqualifies you. I have yet to receive anything worthwhile through them. I reached out to the company and they refused to give me any assistance.
  • The last few months have been abysmal in terms of navigating their survey offers on their survey offer wall on my local gpt panel, as well as their routers and surveys on other survey walls/platforms.

I have experienced plenty of broken surveys (that I open up are broken or at the end of a very long survey), surveys that take up my opportunities that disqualify at the end or lead me to community recruits from a particular survey company (IPSOS) that never redirect or credit me on you-surveys or from them on my panel, (Qualtrics)shorter surveys that redirect to irrelevant surveys without crediting or letting me know IN ADVANCE that I am doing a twofer. Many of the surveys are poorly designed/written, the survey companies (advertisers) cheat members, as well.

Another issue is that I receive opportunities full of junk surveys that are for 27 cents that require 20+ minutes of completion, when in no way, this should ever happen in the survey world, as far as I have researched. Not to mention the errors at the end with CINT and CONFIRMIT surveys.

Recently I received an 8 point survey for 20+ minutes, after which I complained and one of the answers I received that survey reward amounts are determine on length of the survey, so how the heck do they justify offering me, a fairly good survey taker, a piece of junk that low that takes 20+ minutes to complete?

They're giving away 600+ point surveys, but just to a few people.
  • finished a survey and didn't get paid, their excuse, "you thought you were finishing the survey but you were actually being disqualified." does that make any sense to anyone?
  • they love to critique us and take off points on quality score. how low do you think their score would be if we critiqued them? EXTREMELY LOW! has anyone won their supposed "you have earned an entry in our sweepstakes" ? any opinions on that?
  • Yes, I know what you mean. They cater to certain people and make it a living hell for the rest of us who are not their coveted demographic.
  • If i had been paid for all the surveys i completed to the end and then got the "You earned an entry into our sweepstakes" screen i would have a lot more money. have also had quite a few that have a final question that won't accept an answer or take you to an error page so you don't get paid. Very frustrating and unfair.
  • I signed up and used your-surveys.com and my points added up quickly. I am familiar with and use several different survey sites and was going to cash out of them all and thin them out and just use the best ones...well I got to

your-surveys.com and it had a message stating my session had timed out. I then tried to relog in same message. I decided to try using my computer and same message!!! I had like $25-$30 or more on there and now I have apparently nothing!!!! Needless to say I am going to try to contact BBB, but I probably won't be paid for my time and efforts - SO, take my advice and don't waste your time and efforts as I did!!!
  • This site has become notorious for offering surveys and upon completion...not paying. Customer Service has proved useless. Their sentiment is essentially...if you don't get paid, we don't either. Don't want to label a scam, but if your are accepting surveys and not paying out clearly something is seriously wrong, and needs to be addressed.
  • In my opinion, Your-Surveys.is a horrible company. I was completing surveys and was connected to survey through this company. The survey asked prequalifier questions about ages of children. The survey than asked if my 17 year old son could complete a survey. Which he did. He spend a little more than 1 1/2 hours on this survey. I was suppose to get $1.47 added to my account for his efforts. It was a very detailed survey about television stations. Again this was a very lengthy survey. He could see the survey counting down as he was completing the survey. He was at the very end of the survey, and got a message Sorry you Do Not Qualify for the survey. Now, I did contact there support center. as was only given a response that (this is a quote from their response). "This tends to be when the demographic profilers have been placed at the end of the survey instead of at the start, any data collected from disqualified users is discarded. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over as we do not create the surveys."

In my opinion, having demographic profilers placed at the end of a survey is totally unfair, and in my opinion, points more to scams. It seems like a demographic profiler should be placed at the beginning, unless they are only trying to find was not to pay people. With this response, I asked if they would delete my profile as I will NOT be completing any other surveys through www.your-surveys.com ever again. It's just not worth the aggravation.
