LocalJobsForAll is a new website that claims to help people find jobs within their local communities. All you need to do is provide them with your basic contact information and they will give you a list of job openings in your area.
While LocalJobsForAll.com compiles the job openings in your area, you will be given a list of promotional and informational offers to choose from. These offers are optional and entirely up to you if you choose to participate.
However, these offers are not just friendly, promotional opportunities. If you answer yes to any of these questions, Local Jobs for All will provide your contact information to third party companies.
In general, this means that your contact information – email and home addresses, as well as phone number – will be sold to advertisers and used to contact you. In addition, by using LocalJobsForAll.com as a job finder service, you waive your membership to the Do Not Call registry.
Because of their partnership with other companies, LocalJobsForAll is free to use and will cost you no out of pocket fees.
Do you have any experience with LocalJobsForAll.com? If so, please leave a review below.
After getting to the site, and finding out it wasn't one I'd already signed up for, I thought I'd give it a try. What was stated above is true. If you answer yes to any of the questions, another window opens for you to sign up on another site. I ignored them all. When I finally got to the part where it said it could find me a job near Phoenix, AZ, "just click next"..I cracked up laughing, and unsubscribed immediately.
If they are unable to tell the difference between a zip code from Oklahoma and one from Arizona..it's highly doubtful they could find me a job.
Regarding search sites: I do not want to take an hour skipping over ads just to search for a job
Even if they did offer any benefit to job hunters (which I doubt), don't go near them! If they're dishonest in one area, they cannot be trusted in any other area.
