Action Alerts Plus

Jim Cramer, the host of CNBC’s “Mad Money,” has a stock alert newsletter that you can subscribe to called Action Alerts Plus. As one of television and radio’s most colorful stock analysts, Cramer has made a career out of giving viewers an understanding of the stock market, as well as respected investment advice.

Subscribing to Action Alerts Plus will get you Open Access to Cramer’s personal portfolio, which means that you will get 24/7 access to the decisions he is making in his own portfolio, based on the research compiled by him and his team.

You will also receive Action Alert emails, where Cramer will explain the rationale behind the investment moves that he’s making, so that as you follow along with his investments, you can learn about the stock market and grow your understanding of how it works.

Finally, you’ll get a “Weekly Roundup,” which will not only summarize the week’s activities, but will also give you a chance to purchase stocks that are top rated by Cramer and his team.

Currently, a subscription to Action Alerts Plus will only cost you $199.95 a year, which is 50% off the regular price.

Is Action Alerts Plus Worth It?

Well, unlike most other stock investment newsletters available for subscription on the internet, Jim Cramer actually has experience from an extensive background in trading. He not only used to run a successful hedge fund, he also worked for awhile at investment giant Goldman Sachs.

Action Alerts Plus is not a “get rich quick” scheme. Many subscribers say that this is more about building a long lasting portfolio with potential than receiving a quick payday.

The information you will receive from Cramer and Action Alerts Plus is fairly knowledge based. Cramer’s program wants you to understand how the stock market works so that you can make better choices and decisions for yourself and your investment future. Unlike other investment newsletters, he’s not just going to send you an email saying “Buy This.”

However, if you sign up for Action Alerts Plus and you realize it’s simply not for you, there is a 30 day no questions asked refund that will allow you to get the entire $199.95 returned. Also, please remember that if you do sign up for Action Alerts Plus, you are entered into an automatic re-enrollment program.

This means that at the end of your subscription, you will automatically be charged the subscription price again and signed up for another year. If you don’t want that, you must call in advance and cancel.

  • Please send me anything about your program so that I may make an informative decision.
  • I give 5 Stars! I can’t believe how negative everyone is about this club. I have been in it for a year and I really love it. I have been investing for five years. It’s a club, and I have learned so much from Jim. I appreciate how frank and honest he is. Especially with a down day like today, it is great to have someone in your email box, explaining to you what is going on. If you want to learn about investing, There is only so much you can learn from a book. With this club, you are learning, right along with everyone else. Sometimes he gets it right and sometimes he does not. He does not have a crystal ball and neither does anyone else. I am grateful for Jim Cramer and I will happily renew my membership again for another year. I have learned so much and I am finally getting the total picture. To me, it has been totally worth it and money well spent. I used to pay my broker $80 a trade. That equals about five trades for a years worth of knowledge. To me, it is definitely worth it. I do know that trades are cheaper now, if you do it yourself. But Five years ago, that was what I was paying. In the long run, Jim has save me a lot of money and also made me a lot of money. I have also lost some, but not as much as I have made and with the mistakes, I have learned, and that’s what it’s all about .
    • how do i get in?.
    • By the way, I tried to rate with the stars, but the site would not let me rate it. So I don’t know how good the star rating is. That’s why I started my review, by stating I gave it five stars!
  • SCAM.

They will charge your credit card after couple of months at 1.00 am (even if you have unsubscribed it).
  • Scam! I signed for the one week trial in January 2018 and canceled. In July 2018 I get charged the $299.95 (SIX MONTHS AFTER CANCELING). I called and the rep I spoke to says it was due to a computer glitch..... You be the judge
  • Scam. I am 100% positive they make more money on your subscriptions that they do the market. I tried to cancel but was "too late" and they wouldn't refund anything. do not buy
  • You won't learn how portfolio management works in any other place like you learn in this one. For sure, you won't be rich in two days, but you will learn how to think about stocks. Jim Cramer and dough kass are amazing
  • Scam.
  • You would think Jim Cramer would never stoop this low and be so deceitful. That he may actually have a product worthy of paying for. But when you find out that you actually can't cancel! any credibility or trustworthiness is gone!! I signed up for The Street Newsletter. Two weeks free, no obligation; just call customer service within the 2 weeks. How convenient to find that no matter what time you call their 866 number it is busy or just off the hook!! I am Beyond Furious!!!!!!!! You have charged my card for $299.95 and want it credited back immediately!!!

I'm so disappointed and can't imagine how you continue to get away with this scam.
  • Upfront, I like Cramer and have watched his show for years. So I was surprised when his internet site was so deceptive. First, there are multiple membership levels. Next there are multiple 'pop-ups' to add to the confusion. I had the impression I had signed up for a 7.95 a month level and in checking my statement saw a charge for 349. Ouch. So much for the little guy. Be careful with thestreet.com. Booyah!
  • I would like to cancel my prescription to all your services. Please send me an email to confirm the cancellation Mary Jane Robinson
