1 Hour Home Income

The 1 Hour Home Income work at home opportunity is the most recent online business training program promoted by Michelle Boudreau and a new partner, Jane Simmons, in the field of internet marketing.

Boudreau has been the face and representative of a few other work at home opportunities in the past, including HowIReplacedMyJob.com and MillionDollarIncomes.com. Both of these programs also focused on the link posting aspect of internet marketing.

According to the 1 Hour Home Income sales page, this opportunity will give anyone the ability to make up to $375 a day, even if they have no experience or technical knowledge, and with only 1 – 4 hours of work per day.

To get started, the website says you need only make a one time payment of $97, which is a 75% discount off the normal price, and you will get immediate access to the training program and the ability to earn money that same day.

How It Works

The 1 Hour Home Income program teaches people how to post links from home, which is a popular form of affiliate marketing. They estimate that you will be paid an average of $15 for each link posted, and that it only takes one to two minutes to post a link.

The website goes on to say that some companies will pay you as quickly as the same day you post the link, while others will take 2 – 3 days before they process payment.

Finally, the sales page says that if for any reason you are unhappy with the 1 Hour Home Income program or you are unable to earn money with the program within 60 days, then you can request your money back.

Concerns

While link posting and affiliate marketing are honest forms of making money online, this opportunity is being seriously misrepresented by the sales page of the 1 Hour Home Income program.

You are not paid to post links online by companies. Instead, you post a link promoting a good or service of theirs and if – and only if – that link results in a sale for that company will you earn a commission, which is based on a pre-determined percentage of the cost of the product or service you are promoting.

In addition, being successful with affiliate marketing and link posting takes time, money, and effort, and is not something that will make anyone with zero previous experience wealthy with just “1 – 4 hours a day” of work.

While there are people who earn a good living in affiliate marketing with just a few hours of work a day, that is because they spent lots of time and energy building a business that now only takes a few hours a day of maintenance.

1 Hour Home Income makes affiliate marketing seem like a basic data entry job, but unfortunately it is not possible to get wealthy off of just a couple hours of typing a day. It is far more complicated than that.

Customer Responses, Reviews, or Complaints

Average Rating for " 1 Hour Home Income " is 1.15 out of 5 based on 27 reviews.
  • I need my refund also. These websites are totally fake. What can i do to get my money back? Please suggest.
    • I called my credit card company that I charged the $97 to and once it 'posted' to the credit card, I disputed it to the credit card company with the following:

One Hour Income is a scam and they do not disclose numerous hidden costs until it is too late to cancel with them. I will notify the Better Business Bureau on my own.

I got the $97 credited to my account after about 4 days! I did not have to wait the 60 days or accept the "we will give you half the money back" response from One Hour Income.

      Good luck...be persistent!
  • I also am getting the same responses. I was able to contact someone for the call support, however, no one ever called me back. I am unable to log on the site. No one answers the phone number. How do you file a complaint? What recourse has anyone found? Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
  • I also requested a refund also. I am not able to open the e-mail link they sent me. I was also told that I would only get half my money back since I didn't use the program for the full 60 days. I'm trying to check into that. Do not order this. I am going to try and dispute this through my credit card company.
  • This is a rip-off. When you get started they tell you that all it costs is $97. Then there's a $74 thing and a $10 thing and a $238 web-site hosting thing. It's bait and switch. I think 1 Hour Home Income is probably a center for a lot of rip-offs like this. You can't find a physical address for the company. They hide themselves. Anybody who goes near them has to beware. How many of these scams they run, only they know. But it is a very profitable way of stealing from people who are looking for hope in a miserable time. May of the 1 Hour Home Income cons rot in hell.

I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I urge everyone having a bad experience with them to do so. Next, it will be the California Attorney General, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The last three will be the most painful.

In the company's bogus "news article" claiming the success of one "Theresa Andrews" in Long Beach, CA. My research shows that there are two women named Theresa Andrews in Long Beach. One is 66 and the other 55 --- hardly the ages to have a baby.
    • Ken and Maria: MY website said Theresa Andrews lives in the town of Payson, Arizona! When I told the manager I was going to look her up, he stated, "Of course, for privacy reasons, we don't use REAL people's names." Another words, she doesn't exist.
    • The website I saw said she was from Alaska!
    • @Misty....YES! Dispute with your credit card company and be persistent. I was and it worked...a credit card CREDIT within about 4 days.
    • I just paid 97.00 for this! I wish I would've seen these comments n reviews before. I give up every way to make money from home is a scam!!! Too many mest up ppl in this world.
    • Were you able to get a refund from the company? Do you think disputing this with my credit card company would work?
  • I received an email from a close associate, someone I trust emphatically, which referred me to a link which is Internet Income Source. It has a testimonial from a person here in Colorado and all seemed well. I paid $97 and then $85 more and as above was not able to access the material. I called phone numbers and talked with people but never have received any material or access to program. I received an email that said I was to click on the link to access the site for materials and I had 24 hours to do this. It brings up a video of some guy whining about having made to much money and needed to share his secrets because there are to many scams out there and he wanted to help everybody. THIS IS A BIG SCAM - DO NOT GO THERE.
    • Hi Barry, I also received an email from a close associate of mine regarding 1 hour home income. I signed up but I haven't been able to find any phone numbers to actually speak with anyone at the company. Unfortunately it's looking more and more like a scam. Please email me with any contact info for the company that you might have. Thank you so much for your help. Crystal
  • well you have to wait 60 days to get a full refund!!!!! could not get on web site to confirm any info, cant get on the web site. My rep is supposed to e-mail log in info, still waiting after 2 hrs. He is supposed to call Thursday. Lets see if that happens!
  • same as above paid $97.00 then was switch to a link paid $85.00 and got nothing and all they do is turn you off stay clear
  • "1 Hour Income" is a waste of time and money. I purchased it and was unable to access the entire tutorial. The number they provide on their website for support is actually the number of a third party consultancy service that is trying to plug their service at an additive cost. It's a scam and you should run the other way.
    • did you ever get your money back? I just bought this crap yesterday, and want a refund now! No help no nothing!! BS
  • waste of time and money. There is no support, once you purchase the program and they get your money you dont exist anymore. I had e mailed one questions, it took them month and half to reply me. I called the support line, no one ever answered or responded to the numbers of voicemails I left.
    • How long until you got your money back? was it a full refund? and i called a 1-877-276-6151 number and no answer! i hope i can get my money back!
    • I requested a refund the next day of purchasing the product and the only way I was able to get communicate with them was through email. They kept throwing back questions to me and did not refund me the money. The number that was provided to call to obtain your money back does not work.
