These include personal and contact information, property reports, email searches, relatives and associates, as well as criminal records, bankruptcies, judgments and liens, and more. We also offer an option to upgrade your report to search additional databases to return information in other categories such as: watercraft ownership, gaming licenses, UCC filings and more. As you can imagine, there are many individuals for whom there would be no results in these categories. It costs us to provide this service, so at this time we offer these at an additional purchase. Remember, it will only tell you information that is of public record. It appears they have access to certain credit reporting information. Not all arrests are recorded because many times the arrested party never gets to the conviction stage. Therefore there will be no public record of a court conviction.
There will always be people with identical names and sometimes with the same birth date. Therefore, you must be aware of duplicate hits. Use your best judgment.
It does not have access to social security information - even federal investigators have a hard time getting this data from the Social Security Administration without a subpoena.
Overall, I have had good success with Been Verified.
Entered the name, scanned the list to the approximate age, and recognized his brother & sister. Took 45 seconds, and he is now found.

Call the consumer fraud division of your state attorney general and advise that they keep charging your card with no way to contact them. I have had the same experience.
