Made a few phone calls and Boom! my upload speed increased, my first upload completed in a couple of days and now it backs up instantly, on a daily basis.
I was sceptical at first but i think these guys have actually nailed it.
Compared to everyone else out there, i mean hardly anyone on the web has a number these days, thats why its called the internet isnt? - As long as my question gets answered and i feel like a valid customer, then thats great service.
