So what you can do is contact the customer service representative of your bank and can proceed by doing a stop payment. There would be uniform serial no generated while making an online transaction. You can make a note of it and provide the same to the bank representative. If nothing works cancel the credit card or report it as stolen, ask the customer service representative of the bank to close the transaction which had happened in your card with the stipulated time period. Then the scammer would not be getting the money. This is a small suggestion.
