Online Profit Masters

Advertisements for Online Profit Masters (www.OnlineProfitMastersSystem.com) have been popping up lately for work at home related internet searches. Unfortunately, the sales pitch for this business is not new, nor is the proposed opportunity itself.

The website uses popular sales techniques to get you into a “buy it now” mentality, appealing to your emotions and desires for a profitable work at home position.

You can see this with their claim that there is only 1 position left in your city – a completely fabricated claim since they’re selling an online business which by nature has nothing to do with where you live and, more importantly, has no shortage of positions.

This is followed by the even more egregious claim that, “If You Can Spare 60 Minutes A Day, We Can Offer You A Certified, Proven And Guaranteed Home Job To Make $379/Day From Home!” This type of inflated income claim should be treated as another red flag, along with their misuses of popular news organization’s logos.

So What is the Online Profit Masters System All About?

When you get through the sales pitch and the special report from Patty Joyner you’ll see that Online Profit Masters is all about Link Posting. According to their projections table you can make a ton of money (100k+) by just posting links online.

This is not the first company to sell the link posting myth. This biz-op has been around for several years and has accumulated many negative reviews and scam accusations. The truth is that there are no companies out there who pay these bogus sums to simply post links online.

The only way you can make money “posting links” is through affiliate marketing, a system where you promote products or services through personalized tracking links that earn you a commission if one of your referrals makes a purchase.

Affiliate marketing is a legitimate business however, unlike the claims made by Online Profit Masters, nothing about this is guaranteed and you most definitely do need computer skills and an understanding of internet marketing.

Is Patty Joyner’s Online Profit Masters a Scam?

The sales page contains many red flags – everything from hyped income claims to symbols of extreme wealth like pictures of a yacht, Corvette, and mansion. These are not typical things that you would find on a legitimate job application or business proposal.

  • Just spent the last 30 min reading about profit masters. It sounds great considering my new home business is not working out. I did a search to make sure it's not a scam before spending $97 on the program. Thank goodness I found this site. When I went back to the profit masters website and tried to close it, a "special discount of $20" popped up. Each time I tried to close the page it would restart the video. I finally got it to close but now I'm worried about a bug on my computer. Why is it that stuff like this is always a scam???
  • OnlineProfit.in Scam Website

Please read the complaints part of the website before you go ahead and make the payments. Go through them once or twice. There is nothing in this world, you could gain without pain. Sorry for the advice. These people also capture the contents of the credit card credentials which are entered by all of us. So what you can do is contact the customer service representative of your bank and can proceed by doing a stop payment. There would be uniform serial no generated while making an online transaction. You can make a note of it and provide the same to the bank representative. If nothing works cancel the credit card or report it as stolen, ask the customer service representative of the bank to close the transaction which had happened in your card with the stipulated time period. Then the scammer would not be getting the money. This is a small suggestion.
  • Made a terrible mistake today. Jumped at it as it sounded genuine. Should have trusted my instincts!!!!! Lord What do I do now?
  • thankyou so much google and all the people who posted about it...this is such a stupid activity..
  • Glad I found this! Every bit as bad a World Marketing Systems! Total SCAM !!! Can't wait for them to call ... ;^p
  • I posted a comment on one of the "Profit Masters" websites. The comment I made related to the fact that there were two previous comments that were exactly the same, but posted on two different dates and times by two different people. I posted my comment last night, and today, my comments and the two that I busted them on were gone. This indicated a scam to me. Glad I didn't buy this crap!!!!!!!
  • Once you pay your 37.00 then you are directed to a site that ask for more money to help you .
  • Big scam don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are liars and thieves. Heather is a a horrible witch who enjoys taking people's money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • i just purchased it yesterday. after reading all the reviews there's no doubt its a scam. Has anyone successfully got a refund for this??? it says money back guarantee but it also says after trying it for a full 30 days... Please HELP!!
    • DO NOT try for 30 full days, I read that to and was mislead. Apparently you have to request your refund BEFORE 30 full days is up. Also, ever since I got my refund they sold my number to a billion different "make money from home" businesses and they will NOT stop calling me. They always start- "Hello is this Angela? Oh well I see that you would like to make money from home-" and I say "no, I do not!" and they hangup on me. Worst mistake of my life. They always call from different numbers and I keep blocking them but then the number changes and its like twice a day at very rude times. I even put my number on the national Do Not Call Registry. I am about to be forced to change my phone number. :(
    • I just put a stop payment on my account and call the customer service support of Profit Master Academy and told them that I had change my mind. They told me that the money will be posted back to my account in five to six business days. I did this process with them on Saturday and did a stop payment on a Monday to my bank. This information will stay as an alert for six month with my account. Just hope and pray there will be no identity theft involve.
  • Total Scam - you pay fees up front, for no product just a bunch of online videos and e-books about how to then go register a domain and host a website (which cost additional money). Then you have to open AdSense accounts, create a blog or website, and essentially spend volumes of time (and of course additional investment) to place ads that are pay per click. So essentially, if you haven't hours to spend reading information online and watching videos too, then building a site and learning all the ins and outs of AdSense, plus developing a blog to place ads on and then marketing/posting about that blog to drive traffic for potential click throughs, then you best find something else entirely. It's a classic case of false advertising! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
