OnlineTradeTraining.com

Online Trade Training is a web site that promises you the ability to earn a six figure salary working from home in the internet marketing industry. Internet marketing, or affiliate marketing, is possibly the most well known online business opportunity available today.

It consists of an affiliate partnering up with larger companies and using a variety of methods to funnel web traffic and potential customers to the company websites. If an affiliate is successful, they are compensated for their work.

For a one time low price of $97.00, you will receive a 320 page internet marketing training manual, as well as access to their mentoring site and one-on-one support from their members who are currently making money in the industry. In addition, their website says that Online Trade Training offers a 30 day, money back guarantee for their customers.

Online Trade Training Complaints

Unfortunately, OnlineTradeTraining.com has had its fair share of customer complaints. The most common complaint about Online Trade Training is their refund policy.

While their sales page says they offer an “Iron-Clad 30-Day Money Back Guarantee” this refund policy is not detailed in their Terms and Conditions page. Customers report that when they request a refund, they are often told they must prove they read the training manual and attempted to use the program.

Once a customer submits their proof to Online Trade Training, it is then evaluated and whether or not a refund is awarded is determined by a company employee.

Another common complaint regarding Online Trade Training is additional charges. Customers expect the one time charge of $97.00, but report that they are often surprised to find additional fees being charged to them that they weren’t previously made aware of. There is no notice of additional charges in their Terms and Conditions, or on their sales page, so this is definitely a red flag that future customers should be aware of.

  • Yes ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

And bingo!....a quick google showed me to this place.

    Its a scam!
  • I will tell what happened with me just yesterday I visited there site and follow the instruction, after they deducted the 97 $ from my credit card I received a page say thank you for your payment : 1.They didn’t give you any invoice against your payment?? 2.Try to print the page also you cannot?? 3.OK they ask you to sign in and create your username and password you will get another page asking your credit card information again ??? for what I don’t know?? Generally I don’t think that they are straight or descent something wrong with them??
    • I made that Mistake trying to apply for an Online Loan & it kept asking me for my Info again, Social Security #, Bank Acct #. And a few weeks later someone from Nigeria Had all my info, References names & phone numbers they also harrassed stating I owe MOney! And told my co worker that I used my co worker's social security to try to talk to me when I stopped answering. They threatened that I will receive court papers in 2 weeks. (Never Did). I called the FBI, and Consumer Affairs. DONT GIVE YOUR INFO ONLINE.
  • I fell for the scam, asking for a refund, when through a hard times, and now reporting to IC3. Help me.
  • REPORT THEM TO THE FBI IC3 unit someone needs to shut these guys down.
    • Nearly fell for this scam - received an email from friend whose hotmail account looks like it was hacked. Amazing US online fraud dept. whoever that might be doesn't close these people down.
  • CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!! I almost fell for this, was about to enter my credit card info when a friend asked if I had googled the company to make sure it wasn't a scam, I said well no but let me see. One of the first things that came up was this. Thank you all so much for your comments! I would've been beyond upset if I actually bought into this.

As for the "people" who are commenting how amazing this company is and how they are making money.. Does it make you feel good to scam people?! What pleasure do you get out of this!

I can't believe people out there. SCAM ARTISTS!
    • Mine is same feelings like you 'Angry'. And like you I was about to pay $97. Finally checked at this (you people's advises). THANKS A LOT.
  • I can only speak for myself, aside from slow customer service, there really is no other complaint. I'm making money, although not as much as they said I would, and I have all the help I need from the material that was provided upon purchasing the program as well as other OTT members through their online forums. I've dedicated so much time into the program-which is so vital! Saying this program is a scam is unfair, I could guarantee you the people that are saying that are the people who signed up expecting money to come rolling in over night. This program takes dedication and if you can provide it you're sure to succeed as I did. Thanks.
  • I signed up for On Line trade Training, for the $97.00 then found that they charged another fee of 178.00 to my card, I since canceled my card, asked for a refund I told them I don't care about the 97.00 I just want my 178.00 that they fraudulently charged to my card, they tell me that I have to try there program for 20 days before they can give me a refund, they say they will give you refund no questions asked before the 30 days if your not happy this is bull %$@#, I asked for my refund and was told that they will send me to collection if I file a claim with the credit card company and they will report me to the credit bureau.

IN SHORT STAY WAY ONLINE TRADE TRAINING THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS AND JUST WANT YOUR CARD # SO THEY CAN CHARGE WHAT EVER THEY WANT FRAUD FRAUD STAY AWAY !!!!
  • I had been interested in working from home for a long time as both my kids are still too young to go to school. Being a stay at home mom definitely has its perks but I always wanted to contribute to the finances at home and now I do! The program itself is somewhat tedious but definitely worth it. I'm not earning as much as they said I would but I really can't complain because I have one very large bill I no longer have to worry about each month.
  • I've received this spam response twice following up on free items offered on San Diego craigslist. The first item was an old refrigerator, the second was a hundred old swing-lock beer bottle for home brewing.

Each time the response came as detailed by the others - delay, then a teaser pending response from the original reply that went to her spam box, then a "oh I feel so bad, here's a business offer" line of BS.

Each of the two came from a different woman's name that sounded old fashioned and would inspire trust - Gertrude Wholesome, Betty Ramsey, so and do.

It would be entertaining to track down these clowns and extract a balance...
  • Initially this program felt like an immense amount of work, but being the kind of person I am I stuck throuh it and it's really paying off for me now. I was recently laid off due to this crappy economy we're in and I've been having such a hard time finding a normal full time job. Can't say I'd stop my search now because of the money I'm making on OTT but it's helped me out more than words can say and the best part of it all is that the actual amount of work is minimal compared to the money you make :)
    • Thanks to search engines for saving our money from scam and fraud
    • Soooo is your name Dylan or Annie??? I found your same exact post on a different website hahahaha
