Freedom Agency Online Reviews – Legit or Scam?

Freedom Agency Online

Freedom Agency Online is a new work at home business opportunity that is making its way around the internet. The advertisements for this program use the standard advertorial template, in this case featuring the story of a work at home mom who’s using this system to make an incredible income from home.

These advertorials or “fake news sites” are incredibly deceptive and have been greatly abused by a variety of marketers. They’ve been used to sell everything from diet pills to a plethora of work at home opportunities like Freedom Agency Online.

The affiliates using these tools have gotten so lazy that many times they don’t even update their news template before promoting a new product. If you actually take the time to thoroughly go through one of these advertorial sites you’ll find a bunch of inaccuracies and red flags.

When you do get to the main sales page for Freedom Agency Online you’ll also find lots of red flags and tricky marketing tactics. In fact the first thing that you see on the website is a statement saying that work from home opportunities have been featured on FoxNews, MSNBC, USATODAY, ABC, and CNN.

This is a basic credibility building technique, notice how the statement doesn’t say that Freedom Agency Online has been featured on those sites, moreover it doesn’t say in what capacity or provide links to the details.

The next statement claims that within 5 minutes of getting the program you could be making up to $87 per hour. All with no prior experience or any kind of special skills, and more importantly that there’s only a limited number of spots available.

Again these types of statements are designed to appeal to your emotions and create a false sense of urgency, getting you to make a rash decision without doing your due diligence.

So is Freedom Agency Online a Scam or Legit?

It’s hard to say what the opportunity actually is since there are multiple sales pages using this name brand. One was claiming that the course will teach you how to make money posting links (affiliate marketing) and another claimed that the course was going to teach you how to profit from eBay wholesaling products.

While both methods are legitimate methods of building an online business they are definitely not as easy as the hyped sales pages make them seem. No one makes money online with no skills and within the first day of starting.

Before you buy any work at home product make sure to read the terms and conditions and understand their refund policies. In the case of Freedom Agency Online their policy states that you must actively try to the program for 20 days before being eligible for your 30 day refund.

Average Rating for " Freedom Agency Online " is 1.28 out of 5 based on 47 reviews.
  • I have several small children and have to stay at home. This sounded like a dream situation. WRONG! The toll free number that you call after you sign up wanted me to sign up for another $4000 to $15000 to make me a charter member. Said NO and hung up. Called the better business bureau and they said so many complaints are received about this company. This is a FRAUD and SCAM. Do not fall for it. IRIS
  • This site is very close to a scam. There is no mention that when you call the online number, they tell you that ANOTHER $4000-$15000 will be needed to make you successful. Forget this company. IT IS A SCAM!
  • i received a email about an ad i had placed on craigslist and a woman pretended to be interested and then told me i could make money from home. Totally a scam!
    • Same here. Responded to my Craigslist ad pretending to be interested, then gave me a bogus story about her son wrecking her jeep. What threw me was that my ad was for a $15 item - a used TV. I mean, really? It wasn't like the purchase was going to break the bank for her or anything. Knew right away it was a scam before even checking the site, but clicked out of curiosity and confirmed it.

BTW, John: I'm a chick and I game on my PC. Been building my own and friends' gaming PC's for 8 years now. Sexism is unnecessary, friend :)
    • The exact thing happened to me. I was sent E-mail with someone pretending to be interested then after I replied back giving info when to call to discuss when/where to meet etc. I was sent a bogus follow up E-mail about how their cousin wrecked her van and she couldn't buy it all of a sudden due to mechanic bills, but she was hoping to buy it, because she had been raking in so much extra money from this swell new stay at home hobby that brought her $600 a week! Also, that I should check it out, but positions fill up quickly so I should act fast. I was kinda pissed, because I have been having a hard time finding a buyer for my old graphics card and I was excited. Should have known chicks don't do pc gaming. Much less build their own rig.
    • same thing happened to me
    • same thing happened to me. I posted a Craigslist Ad and a woman replied telling me about this online business. She stated the positions are limited and told me to hurry up and register. I looked at the site and knew immediately it was a scam because they asked for money up front.
  • Oh wow!!!! same thing with me about some baby clothes. well I scammed them too because I was cautious I entered in an old visa gift card that has some change on it and their site accepted my payment. Then once I got on I called customer service and they informed me that the money I spent was only for the "training" videos and I still needed money to be successful in the business. Wow!! I hope my email account isn't spammed and sending out messages like this one.
  • Be very careful! Freedom Agency Online is a total FRAUD!! I fall for it as I'm going through hard desperate times at the moment un-employed and looking how to provide for my family. I sign up last night and today I call to get my 30 minutes free of consulting. Spoke to a Geremy Rogers 1-801-858-3507 and what a joke, this person had a total scam speech, asking me all sort of personal finance questions! how much money I had, any savings etc.. when i informed him that I was at rock bottom at moment, I lost him. Call him back, no answer. O and while giving his speech I could tell he was eating... LOL.. no kidding! Then I call this other # 1-888-702-7632 and spoke to a Chris and then to his manager Stacey and requested a refund and they informed me that I have to wait 20 day trial before they can refund my $99 dls. This is not right and I can't believe this! I am in a total bind with every penny counting to stay alive and bring food and pay bills so me and my family don't loose our home.. I hope this people come to a sense that this is not right and that they are hurting a lot of families out here!
    • I was completely unsatisfied with what I purchased. I want everyone to know that if something looks to good to be true, it probably is! Freedom Agency Online will only look awesome to purchase until you actually give them your information, then weird things show up like Pro Advantage 90. They say you will be posting links for other companies but in reality, you are posting links for your own personal website/business. It was just dumb and I shouldn't of purchased this product. It's definitely a scam.
  • Yep, inquired about a free mattress on craigslist, someone else was interested, but didn't get back to the poster. Then when I tried to set up a pick up time I got this response:

"I am very very sorry. the first person just replied back again, turns out her first message was in my junk folder and I just never saw it. I feel really terrible...

You know, if you're interested, I've been making very good money from this home income program and theyve just opened up 3 more positions in our area. Basically you get paid to post links on the internet, its very simple and you can just do it while watching TV.

Here's the link if you want to check it out:

I've earned about $700 a week since I've been doing it… not enough to stop working yet but I actually have some extra money in my checking account lol. My sister is planning to sign up later and these positions usually go fast, so Id really appreciate it if you didn't share the link with anyone else.

Thanks alot and again, very sorry about the whole mixup…Anna Murphy"

People just suck. Thankfully when I researched this company I found this website and all of these responses.
    • I got the exact same message after I responded to an ad in Denver's Craigslist!!!! So glad I took the time to check it out!
    • I received exactly the same email - word after word, after posting my add on Craig list.
    • I got the EXACT message in response to an ad for shelving in Austin TX Craigslist, except they inserted shelving for mattress and there were only 2 positions left and she was making 500 dollars.

      What scumbags!
    • I got the same exact message!!!
  • We got a text looked into it and thought well it might be good. So we were on the final page where you purchase and the price went from 99.00 to 59.00 when we had walked away for a few then we lost the page went to the beginning to start over. It never changed from 99.00 until my daughter noticed in the url that the amount for the product was in the link so she changed. BINGO!!!!! she changed it to 59.00 then to 49.00. Each time she changed it in the url it changed the ad page so if you sign up now its 49.00 wouldnt go any lower but who knows what they would be charging to that card........Thought you all might enjoy a new story it needs to be reported.
  • So the lady did that same bait and switch. The thing is that I just thought it was too fishy looking. The bottom of the page says

  • Just last night I received a response to a refrigerator I posted on craigslist from a woman who supposedly wanted to buy it, then I got this email from her:

"Ok, thank you for getting back to me. Actually i shouldnt get it right now anyhow… my cousin just crashed the back of my car and now im gonna need to figure out how much the damage will be to fix it. ugh!

Thank god that he's ok but of course it has to happen now, when i am finally making very good money from this home income program i've been doing. You know, if you're interested, they just opened up 2 more positions in our area. Basically you earn money by posting links online, it's really simple and I usually just do it while watching tv.

Heres the link if you wanna check it out:

Ive earned about $500 a week since I've been doing it… not enough to leave my job yet but i actually have some spare money in my bank account. Well, probably not after i get the mechanic bill lol. My sister is planning on signing up later and these positions usually go fast, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't share the link with anyone else. Thanks!"

Certainly appears to be a scam - very disappointing!
    • exact same thing here... slightly different message. very disappointed that people are now spamming legitimate craigslist users with this junk.

"Sure, thanks for letting me know. Turns out i can not buy it right now anyways… my nephew just put a HUGE dent in my van so now im gonna need to find out how much its gonna cost me to repair it. ugh! Im so happy nobody got hurt but of course it just had to happen NOW, when i'm finally earning very good money from this home income program that i found. You know, if you're interested, they've just opened up 2 more positions in our area. Basically you earn money by posting links online, its really easy and I usually just do it while watching TV. Here is the link if you wanna check it out: I've earned around $800 each week since I started… not enough to quit my job yet but i finally have some spare money in my bank account. Well, maybe not after i have to pay the mechanic bill lol. My sister is planning to sign up later and these positions usually go fast, so Id really appreciate it if you didnt give the link to anyone else. Thanks! Shanice"
    • ok so i got this exact same thing, but thought it was true and I bought the package and now it wont work.. Did anyone else buy this?? Gosh i hope my checking account doesn't get hacked now..WONDERFUL..I thought i was actually going to make some extra cash..
    • Same exact thing happened to me today. I posted a bunch of stuff on craigs list last night and had somebody email about a tv and the exact story about the dented van business. What a joke? I sure hope that with today's technology people do not fall for this kind of stuff without researching first.
    • Same here. Word for word. Glad you all posted the above info before I got duped.
    • That happened to me as well. In fact, the messages match yours word for word. Very disappointing. All I wanted was to make a buck off a microwave. Then this comes along, gets my hopes up, and drops them from the tippy top. ouch.
    • Exactly what happened to me from someone on craigslist- she was interested in my post and then couldn't cause of the money she was going to have to spend fixing the dented car... i dont know if THAT determines it a scam but now more than ever im very skeptical
  • IF this is the tactic used to get ppl on board hands down a complete SCAM. 1st phase of the scam below second all up to the victim. Nellie Padilla 12:42 PM (5 hours ago)

    to me Hey,

I'm VERY sorry, the first person just replied back, and it seems her other message was in the spam folder and I just never saw it. I feel so stupid :(
