Partner with Tom, found online at PartnerWithTom.com, is a new work at home earnings opportunity from Tom Rockwell, who claims that his “proven” system for making money online can work for anyone.

Tom Rockwell uses his website to explain to his website visitors that he is currently a multi-millionaire, but the way he earns money requires him to work with partners in order to be compensated by a third party source.

He promises that you can copy his money making program, step by step, completely for free. He promises that his system is 100% legal and ethical, and provides a service that millions of people need.

How Does It Work?

At no point does the website explain what type of work you will be doing. Instead, after you sign up to “partner with Tom,” you will be redirected to a new sales page where it is explained that in order to use Tom’s method, you must get a website.

Further, in order to use Tom’s step by step system, with its 12 unique ways to make money, you are told that you must use a website created by this particular provider, MyPartnerWebsite.com.

And, though Tom’s money making system is free, the website that you must purchase from this website company will cost you $97. However, Tom Rockwell guarantees that if you are not happy with the program, you can get a full refund.

Warning Signs

The Partner with Tom website is misleading when it claims to give you a money earning system for “100% free,” since you must pay for this $97 website in order to make use of the system.

It is also not a good sign that you are expected to commit to this payment before ever being told what the money earning opportunity is, and what kind of time, effort, and work will be required from you.

And even though there is a promise of a refund if you are unhappy, this guarantee is shaky. There is no third party payment processor when you purchase this system. Instead you pay your money directly to them, and if you would like a refund the Terms & Conditions, just says to send them an email.

A vague, unclear refund policy coupled with the lack of specifics concerning the actual business practices should make all potential customers cautious.

  • I am so glad I came here before doing anything.

Bloody hell, $97. is not cheap when your barely making ends meat.

thank you for all the information posted by those out there who care about other people.
  • I signed up, paid the 97 dollars and still waiting for the information or access to this so called website. On top of that I received a phone call from Advanced Online Education AOESuccess.com who for only $5150.00 were offering me unlimited coaching etc etc etc. Sorry guys, but not a very good start if you ask me.

Oh right AOE claims that they are trying to make up for the bad reputation, and once they make their success stories they are getting rid of Tom.....What a pile of you know what!

Just my two cents, but do your homework, and don't pay for a product you don't even end up getting!
  • thank you all for sharing because like with alot of americans times are hard and looking for a way out and dont have any money to waste so if anyone has any info on something real please share again
  • This product SUCKS!!! They don't help you at all AND when you call their "call center" you're left on hold forever and then they hang up on you. I've been trying to get my money back and no one will return my calls. thinking of calling an attorney.
  • Did not rate as I didn't purchase the "free" scam lol. THANK YOU ALL WHO REVIEWED THIS AND POSTED HERE!!! It always pays to review and research everything thoroughly.
  • Most of the gurus out there are not truthful, some say for free when you click them off after a few times, but what they do not tell you is the cost of hosting and also they get a kickback from where the direct you.

I suggest you find your own hosting site or talk with your internet provider also. You should never have to pay for their system if they can't offer a 3 month trial. Most of the guru's out there are scams, so my advise is not to pay anything unless you make monies first.

Now if you check you can find out who this group of gurus and they all get together to see what next new software they can sell. Believe me I've been doing this for over 25 years and found that most gurus are a scam.
  • I bought this program today it wasn't what I expected

I had a gut filling about this. It showed so many paid offers, that you have to pay for. I received this through my email. I send a ticket for a refund of my 97 dollars. I shouldve read the compliants first.
  • I would like to see what one of the websites look like that this Tom sets up. Would anyone who has set one up, post it on this review and let us see what he actually does and if his websites really can make any money?
    • Gary, I have the feeling you already have seen the website. This is not an original scam. The emails are sent out by the "partner" that bought the system. A reader clicks on the link and that partner's ID is in the address bar. A cookie is placed on your computer and from anything you buy the partner gets commission. If YOU buy you will get the same materials you just watched and you have to bring in others to make any money. Don't know about Clickbank but it IS a Clickbank style report in the video. The only thing being sold is $97 websites that sell other $97 websites. And, of course, all of the upgrades.
  • Tom is a good friend of Greg Anderson. He was the one that recommended Tom. On the tape 'I was in the same spot you are at right now, I know what it is like that is why I am giving this away for free. I am not going to ask you for a dime.'And then the catch-'I had to hire a group to come up with a website and pay them $200,000.00.' Then he asks for the 'Pitch In' fee. I have not made any money with that partner with Tom. I am still waiting on my refund. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. That is too much money to lose for nothing. 60 day money back guarantee.
    • Good luck getting through to anyone...their "call Center" always has wait times of greater than 10 minutes. You wait the 10 minutes and the system hangs up on you. I'm getting an attorney.
  • Hi,

It looks like I got scammed by partner with Tom.

I gave them $97.00 and I felt like something was wrong since so many OTOs.

I immediately contacted them to refund my money.

Well guess what? They have not responded and one of their emails is no longer any good.

Last resort, I am contacting my credit card company.

I should have done more due diligence.
